Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the TripBouquet website and the travel planning and booking services we provide. By enquiring, requesting an itinerary or making a booking with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
TripBouquet is the trading name of TripBouquet Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India, based at 241, Tower B, Spazedge, near Dmart, Malibu Town, Sector 47, Gurugram, Haryana 122018, India. We design custom holidays and arrange travel services — flights, hotels, transfers, experiences and visa assistance — largely through third-party suppliers.
- CIN: U63030HR2021PTC092071
- GSTIN: 06AAICT3666J1ZY
2. Our role
We act as an agent that plans your trip and books services on your behalf with airlines, hotels, transport operators, local agencies and other providers. The actual travel services are delivered by those suppliers under their own terms and conditions. While we choose suppliers with care, we are not liable for their acts, omissions or service failures beyond our reasonable control.
3. Quotes, itineraries & bookings
- The first tailored itinerary we send is free and carries no obligation.
- Quotes are based on prices, availability and exchange rates at the time of quoting and are not held until a booking is confirmed with payment.
- A booking is confirmed only once we receive the agreed advance and issue a written confirmation. Prices can change before confirmation due to supplier or currency movements.
4. Payments
We accept all major payment methods. A trip is confirmed on receipt of the agreed advance, with the balance due before departure by the date we specify. Late payment may lead to cancellation by suppliers and loss of the amounts already paid.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations, amendments and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: much of a trip’s cost becomes non-refundable once confirmed, and any refund is limited to what we can recover from suppliers.
6. Your responsibilities
- Ensuring your passport, visas and travel documents are valid and meet the entry rules of your destinations. We assist with visas, but final responsibility rests with you.
- Providing accurate traveller details (names must match passports exactly).
- Meeting any health, vaccination or insurance requirements for your trip.
- Arriving on time for flights, transfers and activities.
7. Travel documents & visas
Visa approval is always the decision of the relevant authority; we cannot guarantee it. Fees paid to embassies, consulates and visa centres are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
8. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip, covering cancellation, medical costs, delays and lost baggage.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a trip is limited to the value of the services we booked for you. We are not liable for loss or disruption caused by events beyond our control, including those described as force majeure in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Website content
Photographs, prices and descriptions on this website are for general guidance and may change. We try to keep everything accurate but do not warrant that all content is error-free at all times. Content on this site may not be copied or reused without our permission.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the date of your booking.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
