- Usage data — basic, mostly anonymous information about how the site is used, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and working.

- to respond to your enquiry and prepare a tailored itinerary;
- to make and manage bookings with airlines, hotels, visa authorities and other suppliers;
- to provide support before, during and after your trip;
- to send you information you’ve asked for, and important updates about your booking;

To arrange your travel we share the necessary details with the suppliers involved in your trip — for example airlines, hotels, transport operators, local agencies and visa or embassy services. We share only what is needed to deliver the service, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We may also share information with service providers who help us operate (such as our website host and email provider), and with authorities where the law requires it.
4. How we protect it
